THE SITUATION
YBLA has spent 20 years developing the next generation of Black leaders across Charlotte. Their MLK Day of Service brought their Ambassadors together to make a real impact in the community. But every year the work happened and the story faded. No content meant no proof of the mission in action, and no way to show donors, partners, and future Ambassadors what this organization actually does.

HOW WE HELPED
We treated this like a documentary, not an event recap. The goal was to capture the why behind the work, not just the what. Every interview, every moment of service, every Ambassador we put on camera was chosen to show what YBLA actually means to the people in it. The result is a film the organization can use to raise money, recruit Ambassadors, and prove their impact for years to come.
